Thomas Hoe Stevenson...
Thomas Hoe Stevenson was one of the original Stilton Cheesemakers from the Heart of the Vale of Belvoir. Following in his fathers footsteps he made Stilton cheese on Mount Pleasant Farm in the late 1800's and early 1900's on land originally owned by the Duke of Rutland.
As a traditional cheesemaker, all the practices Thomas Hoe Stevenson followed are reflected in the production of his brand today.
The Stilton is aged to 15 weeks when the profile of the cheese is mellow yet tangy with a well balanced flavour and creamy texture.

"This brand is truly consistent" says the Thomas Hoe Stevenson Brand Manager "If the taste, texture and appearance of the cheese does not meet the exacting Thomas Hoe Stevenson standard then the cheese will not leave our premises".

"THE QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT IS NEVER COMPROMISED"
